Designed to offer a wide range of leisure opportunities for every visitor. Which includes facilities for stocking up with golf essentials, yoga, or simply sipping a superb tequila on the rocks in the bar.
The course promises a truly memorable experience. Its 12 sea-view holes include two overlooking both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, alongside centuries-old bearded fig trees and coral stone caves. The par-72 championship course, with 19th hole island green designed by the legendary Ron Kirby, crowns the best golf experience in the Caribbean.
The view from the veranda of the clubhouse will now look across to the floodlit par-3 golf course. It has been designed for all levels of golfers young and old to enjoy and have fun together in a casual atmosphere. It is the place for a quick round when time is short or after sunset, playing for an hour in your flip flops before going out to dinner. With holes wrapping around the signature lake-island green for the 19th hole inspired by the famous TPC Sawgrass 17th Hole - to help all of us keep a sense of humour. At the western side of the par-3 course lies the Apes Hill Golf Performance & Teaching Institute.
The serious fun begins with the Golf Performance and teaching centre, the only one in the Caribbean. Here the biometrics evaluation, individual fitness plans and coaching means your time in Barbados refreshes your soul and your game. Drive your buggy to the farmers market or to the restaurant if you just feel like being looked after. Everything is intensely relaxed.
The short game practice area is built to full PGA Tour standard to present a perfect place to get it right on the wide variety of different shots presented around the greens.
The floodlit driving range is built with mini greens at precise strategic yardages, presenting selected pin positions for famous holes from around the world.
Our renovated porte-cochere and newly landscaped entrance drive with water sculpted lake set the stage for the entrance into the Club House. Greeting you and your guests is the full-service concierge lounge with Board Room-Private Dining area. The Drunken Monkey Bar is the place for a fantastic G and T watching the sun go down over the Caribbean Sea and the extended covered patio dining area the perfect place for dinner. As you walk downstairs to the pro-shop there are beautiful Caribbean sea views over the putting green and easy access to the halfway house and fitness centre.
Located where the course meets the Walk of Champions and putting green, the Halfway House will have an outdoor kitchen, sports bar and lounge with views over the par 3 course and the signature lake-island green of our 19th Hole molded after the TPC Sawgrass 17th hole. Offering a full-service daytime food and beverage facility.
