Club update from Ben Hatch our Golf Club Manager:

We are four months into high season and I am pleased to report a noteworthy increase in activity at Apes Hill Club both in rounds of golf played along with an increase in food & beverage consumption.

During the last 18 months Apes Hill Club has been offering owners a professional Project Management Service to assist with the design and construction of their Villa. Various House Plans are available with build costs from $1,100,000 USD. This service has been a huge welcome for many owners who wish to build homes but cannot be in Barbados to manage the construction of their home.

Due to the high demand of lots located on the fairway with views of the sea, we have decided to release a handful  of lots  inGarden Wall Estate. These lots range from 16,120 to 48,930 sq ft and are located in between the 10th and 18th golf holes with breathtaking uninterrupted views of the coast and Caribbean Sea.

ST. JAMES, BARBADOS – Apes Hill Club  has achieved designation as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses, an Audubon International program. Edward Paskins, Course Superintendent, has led the effort to obtain sanctuary status on this course and is being recognized for Environmental Stewardship by Audubon International.
