JAMES, Barbados — All I knew about Barbados prior to a spring visit there to check out a new Landmark Land Company venture called Apes Hill Club was that it  must be a pretty special place, given that Tiger Woods, with the clear option of going anywhere in the world, chose to come to this paradise in the Caribbean for his wedding.
