Once you have made Apes Hill Club your home in the Caribbean we can assist you with the ongoing Property Management o your Villa.  The Apes Hill Club Property Management programme provides the peace of mind that whilst you are away from your home it will be managed and maintained by our capable team.

 Apes Hill Club Property Management will organise payment of your re-occurring utility provider bills, ensuring that services are maintained during your absence.

 We will conduct weekly visits to your Villa to review the condition and in the cases of an emergency we will rectify and report the fault or damage as well as clean up the Villa and restore it to its proper condition.

 Included under the Property Management Programme is one hour of Housekeeping Services aimed and maintaining the overall presentation and upkeep of your Villa.

 A detailed inspection of your property will be carried out once a month to inspect both the internal and external condition and operation of your Villa and any proposed maintenance will be reported for the owner’s consideration.

 In addition to the above services, Apes Hill Property Management can assist with Swimming Pool Cleaning & Maintenance and Landscape Maintenance thorough our in house Maintenance & Landscape departments.  

in addition, should you choose, we can also rent your villa to generate income while you are not using it and look after any guests you may have visiting.
