During the last 18 months Apes Hill Club has been offering owners a professional Project Management Service to assist with the design and construction of their Villa.

Apes Hill Club have developed in conjunction with three renowned local Architectural practices seven professionally designed Villa plans.  The Villa plans range from two bedrooms to five bedrooms and can be adapted to the majority of lots at Apes Hill Club. 

In addition, we can assist owners with the design of a bespoke villa exactly meeting their requirements, by assisting with the selection of an Architect and the development of a design brief to design development and working drawings.

Some owners may wish to be involved with the design and specification process allowing individuality and personal touches to be incorporated into the design of the Villa.  Apes Hill Club Project Management will work side by side with you to ensure that your vision is turned into a reality.

Other owners would prefer to have the minimum of involvement in the design and construction process, in which case Apes Hill Club Project Management are able to offer a ‘Turn Key’ service to the owner from design, through construction and furnishing to completion.

Owners will have the option to adapt the stock house plans to suit their requirements and add Garages, Cart Garages, Storerooms, Dining Gazebos and/or Guest Cottages. 

At Apes Hill Club we have a number of examples of completed Villas available to tour, allowing owners to experience a number of the design features and the finishes available for selection in their villa.  The finishes specifications of the Villa can be tailored to your taste and vision, and the services of a professional Interior Designer can be engaged to assist with this process.

The Landscape Design of any Villa is of great importance and a sympathetic design can serve to enhance your property.  We work with Apes Hill Club Nursery to provide the professional design, utilising the services of Talma Mill Studios, and installation of a lush and tropical landscaped garden.

Apes Hill Club Project Management will provide professional guidance through each step of the process of designing and constructing your Villa, acting as your representative and ensuring that the best interests of your project are always given priority.

Apes Hill Club Project Management will generate a Budget Estimate detailing the cost of your project, including land cost, construction costs, landscape costs, furnishing costs and consultant fees (Architectural Fees, Structural Engineering Fees, Services Engineering Fees and Project Management Fees) and continue to monitor construction costs to completion.

Cooper Kaufmann Ltd, Quantity Surveyors, work alongside Apes Hill Club Project Management providing services in the establishment and monitoring of construction costs.

The typical timeline for a project would be between 15-24 months from inception through to project completion.
